The Banyo Story
Banyo is a real estate hotspot, with close proximity to the city and easy access to both North and South Freeways. It has a great village atmosphere while offering all of the benefits of city living.
Which is why this particular family wanted to stay put, and chose to extend and renovate their home to accommodate the growing needs of the children and lifestyle requirements. A new kitchen/dining room, master bedroom/walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, plus a huge deck overlooking the sparkling new pool has turned this cottage into a fabulous family home for five.
We had a lot of fun on this one, with the client’s funky design specs – from an absolutely stunning recycled timber feature wall to a handmade one-of-a-kind lighting feature in the dining room.
